Her academic qualifications include an MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations from Xavier’s Institute of Management (XIMS), Bhuvaneshwar, and ME – M-Tech in Production Management from NIT Jamshedpur. She earned her B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU), Aurangabad, in 1997.
