Starting off as a professional sportsman in his early growing up years and achieving goals at the state and national level, Shashi considers himself as a failed sportsman. Though his sports career had an unfortunate end midway at the age of 27, little did he know that the lessons it taught him would help him rise up the corporate ladder and help him in becoming an expert at understanding the mind.
